Ruffwear Voluntary Inspect and Replace Recall: Top Rope™ Collar
Recently, Ruffwear discovered a quality issue with a very low percentage of our Top Rope™ Collars, in sizes Medium and Large. Ruffwear received a number of reports that when the collar is subjected to a pulling force or twisting at the buckle, the buckle unlatches and separates. The failure results in the collar coming apart and falling off the dog’s neck.

As a result, Ruffwear is issuing a inspect and replace request for Top Rope Collars, in sizes Medium and Large, with the following Product ID Tags:
P3804, P3822, P3829, P3836, P3852, P3865, P3891, P3933, P3949, P3960, P3975, P3978, P3996.

• Confirm that your Top Rope Collar is size Medium or Large
• Check your Top Rope Collar’s Product ID Tag (see below Product ID Tag location on the product).
• If your collar has one of the Product ID Tags listed above, fill out this form here.
